30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send back any item from your purchase that doesn’t meet your expectations. All we ask is that the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, with all packaging and tags still attached. This ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality products to all our customers.

NOTE: THIS DOESN’T APPLY TO ITEMS WHERE IT SAYS “ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THESE CANNOT BE RETURNED. You can still exchange final sales products for another size. 

How to Process a Return

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@kiranyc.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
3. Package Your Return: Safely pack the items in the original shoe box and include any accompanying materials. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship It Back: Send your package using a traceable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Kira NY is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
5. Await Confirmation: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, and you will be notified via email once this is complete.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience. This ensures that you receive your new item quickly and that it does not go out of stock.
