Refund Policy

At Kira NY, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit or meet your expectations. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund policy.

Refund Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your shoes to request a refund.

Conditions for a Refund

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Steps to Process a Refund

  1. Request a Refund: Contact our customer service at contact@kiranyc.com to start the refund process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kiranyc.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kiranyc.com for exchange instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
