How do I see my points?
They live in your account. Sign in and your balance, your tier and your referral link are all on one page.
When do points from an order land?
Once the order is paid. Points are worked out on the subtotal, so shipping and tax don't count towards them.
Do my points expire?
No. Once they're yours they stay yours.
How do tiers work?
Tiers go by the total points you've earned over your whole time as a member, not your current balance. So spending points never knocks you down a tier. Your tier discount comes off automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Can I stack a tier discount with a reward?
Your tier discount applies on its own to every order. Point rewards and referral credit are separate, so if a code doesn't combine at checkout it means the better deal is already on.
What happens if I return something?
The points earned on that order come back off your balance. If that drops you below a tier you keep the tier, since tiers run on lifetime points.
