Refund Policy

At KIRA NY, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated by emailing contact@kiranyc.com.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will:

  • Cover the cost of return shipping, and

  • Offer a full refund or free replacement, depending on your preference.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos of the damaged product so we can assist you quickly.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we offer free exchange shipping.
Once the original item is returned and approved, your new pair will be shipped at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery

  • Orders returned without contacting our support team first
